1. Open the bag along the top cut line.
2. Pour expressed breastmilk into the bag.
3. Remove excess air, then press the double zipper firmly to seal.
4. Write the date and volume on the label area.
5. Store upright in the fridge or freezer.
6. When ready to use, thaw to a suitable feeding temperature and pour into a feeding bottle.

Thawing Guide

• For frozen breastmilk, thaw in the refrigerator first, then warm in lukewarm water under 40°C.
• For refrigerated breastmilk, warm in lukewarm water under 40°C.
• Do not thaw or heat in boiling water, a microwave, or an electric heating appliance.
